Loan Approval Disclosure

You will either receive the Approval Disclosure by mail or be notified by email to review your Approval Disclosure online. The Approval Disclosure contains information on loan rates and fees and provides an example of the total loan cost. The borrower can accept the Approval Disclosure either manually or electronically.

Electronically Accept

Log into your online account to view and electronically accept the Approval Disclosure. If you did not apply for your loan online, you can create an online account by clicking on Create Account.

If you received the Approval Disclosure in the mail, you will need to enter information from the top of the Disclosure after you click Manually Accept.
