Confidentiality and Recording Notice

All coaching interactions are recorded and may be used for training and quality development. This includes phone calls, video meetings, email and SMS exchanges. Things that are shared in coaching meetings will not be disclosed beyond the use for training. The exception to this is if a coach believes the student or someone else is in immediate danger, or what the student discloses requires crisis situation support. In those instances, the coach will pass that information on to someone who can help. If you wish to not have your coaching interactions recorded for training purposes, please notify your coach before your meeting.
